Features List
What is the Bullet Sensor Livefire Trainer?
The Bullet Sensor gives you instant and precise feedback of the bullet strike location on your paper target after each shot.
It's a new, very lightweight, one-man portable, wireless, battery-operated technology that uses acoustic sensors linked to a radio and a commercial laptop computer using common paper targets.
This instant-feedback electronic training aid provides riflemen with very efficient, high quality live fire marksmanship training at distances up to 1,000 yards or more (depending on bullet performance).
Besides the instant feedback, what else does it show me?
The laptop numbers your shots in their firing sequence, instantly calculates the size of your shot groups, and provides the standard deviation of the shots within the group.
Windage and elevation data are automatically calculated after each shot so you can easily make immediate sight adjustments.
The laptop will even show you multiple bullet hits through the same hole plus score
your hits.
The laptop's Windows database compiles and tracks shooting performances by wind and light conditions, mirage, ammunition type and lot number, rifle serial number, air temperature, and other variables. It saves shooting data and can graphically recreate your shooting sessions for printing. Thousands of shooting sessions can be stored for later recall. You can also customize reports to isolate shooting performances by different variables and conditions.
What about convenience?
The Bullet Sensor stores in a carrying case that'll fit in the back seat of a small car. You can set up the system anywhere, and start target shooting in 20 minutes or less. It will accommodate US military rifles chambered for the NATO 5.56mm, 7.62mm, and .50 BMG ammunition, and it'll handle most varmint and large game hunting rifles.
This system is compatible with standard NRA, DoD, international combat competition shooting targets, and commonly available paper targets found at your local stores.
Rugged, durable, and weatherproof, the Bullet Sensor is designed for heavy outdoor use. It comes with an Itronix touch screen laptop that is viewable in bright direct sunlight, and the backlit keyboard makes the system an effective night trainer. |
